Summary
Pursuant to the Budget Act of 2007 (Stats. 2007, ch. 171, 172), the Judicial Council is required to report annually to the Legislature on the allocation of funding for support of new judgeships authorized in 2007-08 until all judgeships are appointed and new staff hired. On January 1, 2021, the Judicial Council’s Budget Services staff submitted the Report on Allocation of Funding in 2019-20 for Support of New Judgeships Authorized in 2007-08.body
