Summary
Judicial Council staff recommend approving the Annual Report of Court Facilities Trust Fund Expenditures: FY 2014-2015 Report to the Legislature. Government Code section 70352(c) requires that the Judicial Council report to the Legislature annually all expenditures from the Court Facilities Trust Fund after the end of each fiscal year.
Recommendation
Judicial Council staff recommends that the Judicial Council:
1. Approve the Annual Report of Court Facilities Trust Fund Expenditures: FY 2014-2015 Report to the Legislature; and
2. Direct Judicial Council staff to submit the report to the Legislature.
