Recommendation
The Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee recommends the Judicial Council, effective July 17, 2026:
1. Continue all elements of the allocation methodology approved in fiscal year 2023-24, including employing the Workload Formula and the funding base already defined; and
2. Allocate $32.9 million, with base funding and pro rata distribution of remaining funds, to fund trial court operations related to the Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment Act for fiscal year 2026-27.
