In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code section 304.7(c), the Judicial Council submitted the required compliance report to the Legislature, 2023 Juvenile Dependency Training Completion Report, on January 16, 2024. The annual report demonstrates compliance by judges, commissioners, and referees with the juvenile judicial officer training and education requirements of the statute.
