Summary
Pursuant to Government Code section 70403(d), the Judicial Council is required to submit a report accounting for all receipts and expenditures from local courthouse construction funds to the Legislature and the state Department of Finance by January 1 of each year. On December 29, 2023, Judicial Council staff submitted Receipts and Expenditures From Local Courthouse Construction Funds for 2022-23.
