Recommendation

Recommendation

The Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective January 21, 2022, approve the final reduction allocation of $7,669,000 to match the trial courts’ final calculations of the amount above the 3 percent fund balance cap, further reduced by $7,437,000 in approved funds held on behalf of the trial courts to $232,000 to be reverted to the Trial Court Trust Fund.

This recommendation was presented to the Judicial Branch Budget Committee on December 7, 2021 and approved for consideration by the Judicial Council.
