Summary
Pursuant to Government Code section 70371.8, the Judicial Council is required to report annually on the status of the judicial branch courthouse construction program to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, the chairs of the Senate Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review, and the Assembly Committee on Budget. On or before March 1, 2021, the Judicial Council’s Budget Services staff will submit the Report to the Legislature: Judicial Branch Courthouse Construction Program Update for 2019-20.body
