The Criminal Justice Services office recommends that the Judicial Council receive the Recidivism Reduction Fund Court Grant Program: Final Report, 2019, and direct the Administrative Director to submit this annual report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and the Department of Finance as mandated by the Budget Act of 2015 (Assem. Bill 93; Stats. 2015, ch. 10). Staff to the Judicial Council’s Criminal Justice Services office recommend that the Judicial Council:
1. Receive the attached Recidivism Reduction Fund Court Grant Program: Final Report, 2019, that documents the outcomes of the Recidivism Reduction Fund court grant; and
2. Direct the Administrative Director to submit this report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and the Department of Finance as mandated by the Budget Act of 2015 (Assem. Bill 93; Stats. 2015, ch. 10).
