The Executive and Planning Committee recommends amending California Rules of Court, rule 10.50 (Governing Committee of the Center for Judicial Education and Research) to change the name of the committee to the Center for Judicial Education and Research Advisory Committee. The amendment will align the name of the committee with those of other Judicial Council advisory committees.
Recommendation
The Executive and Planning Committee (E&P) recommends that the Judicial Council, effective January 1, 2019, amend rule 10.50 to change the name of the Governing Committee of the Center for Judicial Education and Research to the Center for Judicial Education and Research Advisory Committee to align the name with the names of the other Judicial Council standing advisory committees.body
