Summary
The Revenue and Collections Unit of Judicial Council Finance recommends approving for submittal to the Legislature the report attached on the collection of delinquent court-ordered debt in California for fiscal year 2014-2015, in accordance with Penal Code section 1463.010.
Recommendation
The Finance office recommends that the Judicial Council approve the FY 2014-2015 annual Report to the Legislature on the Statewide Collection of Delinquent Court-Ordered Debt, as required by Penal Code section 1463.010, and direct staff to transmit the report to the Legislature.
