Summary
Pursuant to Government Code section 70403, the Judicial Council is required to submit a report accounting for all receipts and expenditures from local courthouse construction funds to the Legislature and the Department of Finance by January 1 of each year. On or before December 31, 2021, the Judicial Council’s Budget Services staff submitted the Receipts and Expenditures From Local Courthouse Construction Funds report.
