Pursuant to Government Code section 77209(i), the Judicial Council is required to submit an annual report on the use of the State Trial Court Improvement and Modernization Fund to the Legislature. On December 29, 2023, Judicial Council staff submitted the State Trial Court Improvement and Modernization Fund Expenditures in 2022-23 report.
