To comply with new requirements for time limits on juvenile probation under Assembly Bill 1376 (Bonta; Stats. 2025, ch. 575), the Family and Juvenile Law Advisory Committee recommends revisions to three Judicial Council forms to implement new and amended Welfare and Institutions Code sections.

Recommendation
The Family and Juvenile Law Advisory Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective January 1, 2027:
1. Revise Terms and Conditions (form JV-724);
2. Revise Notice of Hearing--Juvenile Delinquency Proceeding (form JV-625); and
3. Revise Disposition--Juvenile Delinquency (form JV-665).
