Recommendation
The Center for Judicial Education and Research Advisory Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective September 1, 2024, amend rule 10.603 of the California Rules of Court to replace outdated references to repealed standards of judicial administration with citations to the relevant rules of court on judicial education requirements that replaced the standards (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 10.451, 10.452, and 10.462-10.469).
