Summary
Pursuant to Government Code section 77209(i), the Judicial Council is required to submit a report on the use of the State Trial Court Improvement and Modernization Fund to the Legislature by December 31 of each year. On or before December 31, 2022, the Judicial Council’s Budget Services staff submitted the Report of State Trial Court Improvement and Modernization Fund Expenditures for 2021-22.
