Recommendation
Judicial Council staff recommend that the Judicial Council, effective March 1, 2026:
1. Revise Findings and Orders for Pretrial Release or Detention (form CR-104) to correct the form title in the footer; and
2. Revise Retail Crime Restraining Order--Criminal (form CR-164) to include checkboxes for the item on personal service of the order.
