Summary
The Trial Court Trust Fund provides funding through the Screening Equipment Replacement Program to replace outdated or malfunctioning screening equipment in the trial courts. Each year, the Administrative Director approves entrance screening equipment to be replaced through the program. This report updates the council on the equipment that was replaced in fiscal year 2024-25 using that funding
