Recommendation
The Court Facilities Advisory Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective July 17, 2026:
1. Approve the Judicial Branch Five-Year Infrastructure Plan for Fiscal Year 2027-28;
2. Approve the five capital-outlay budget change proposals for fiscal year 2027-28; and
3. Direct staff to submit the plan and the five budget change proposals to the state Department of Finance.
