Recommendation
The Appellate Advisory Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective January 1, 2027, amend rules 8.40, 8.124, 8.702, 8.713, and 8.845 of the California Rules of Court regarding the record in civil appeals to require parties represented by counsel to use appendixes.
