Recommendation
The Judicial Council Technology Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective February 23, 2026:
1. Allocate IT Modernization Local Court Project funding to the Superior Court of Humboldt County in the amount of $41,273 and to the Superior Court of Nevada County in the amount of $30,471; and
2. Allocate IT Modernization Branchwide funding to the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in the amount of $125,000 to continue hosting services for the branchwide Automated Notification Management System, which supports nine courts.
