Judicial Council staff present this report on the allocation of funding in fiscal year 2016-17 for support of new judgeships authorized in FY 2007-08. The Budget Act of 2007 (Stats. 2007, ch. 171) requires that this report be submitted each year until all judgeships are appointed and new staff hired.
