Summary
The Policy Coordination and Liaison Committee recommends that the Judicial Council adopt the updated Legislative Policy Summary reflecting actions through the 2016 legislative year. Adoption of this updated summary of positions taken on court-related legislation will assist the council in making decisions about future legislation, consistent with the judicial branch’s strategic plan goals.
