Recommendation
Judicial Council staff recommend that the Judicial Council, effective April 1, 2024, revise the following documents to reflect increases in the federal poverty guidelines in 2024:
• Request to Waive Court Fees (form FW-001);
• Request to Waive Court Fees (Ward or Conservatee)
(form FW-001-GC);
• Information Sheet on Waiver of Appellate Court Fees--Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Appellate Division
(form APP-015/FW-015-INFO); and
• Financial Declaration--Juvenile Dependency (form JV-132).
