Summary
Under Penal Code section 1463.010(c), by December 31 of each year, the Judicial Council is required to submit a report to the Legislature and the Department of Finance on the information to be collected and reported as specified in Government Code section 68514(a). On December 29, 2023, Judicial Council staff submitted Report on Statewide Collection of Court-Ordered Debt for 2022-23.
