Summary
Pursuant to Penal Code section 1463.010, the Judicial Council is required to submit a report on the information required to be collected and reported pursuant to Government Code section 68514(a), to the Legislature and the Department of Finance by December 31 of each year. On or before December 31, 2021, the Judicial Council’s Budget Services staff submitted the Report on Statewide Collection of Court-Ordered Debt for 2020-21.
