The Legislation Committee recommends adopting the updated Legislative Policy Summary reflecting actions through the 2021-22 legislative session. Recommendation
The Legislation Committee recommends that the Judicial Council, effective November 19, 2021, adopt the 2021 Legislative Policy Summary, which has been updated to reflect actions through the 2021-22 legislative session.
